The National CERT and eGA (e-Governance Academy), in the period from 12.11.2025. to 14.11.2025, organized a three-day training based on TRANSITS I materials, which was attended by 19 participants. The training was intended for CERT/CSIRT employees and represents an important part of professional development for teams dealing with incident management.
TRANSITS I is an international training course for incident management in the field of information security. Compared to the original TRANSITS I materials, this particular training has been expanded with an additional module on the legal and institutional cybersecurity framework in Serbia.
The training program included the following sections: CSIRT roles, secure communications, organizational, legal and technical modules, PGP keys exchange session and operational module. Through these modules, the participants were presented with an overview of key topics in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The lecturers explained theoretical and practical units in a professional and interactive manner, with open discussion and active participation of all contributors.
The training was carried out in the Serbian language and was free for all attendees. On the last day of the training, participants were awarded certificates of training attendance.
