Cybersecurity conference Cooperation and Information Exchange, organized by the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC) was held between October 9 and 10, 2018 in Skopje.

The conference was opened by the representative of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, Ambassador Klemens Koja, followed by Mr. Damjan Mancevski - Minister of Information Security and Administration, and Director of the Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC) Mr. Sašo Dimitrioski, which speaks in favor of the fact that this topic is recognized as important at the highest level of the state. This meeting was attended by representatives from ITU, FIRST, representatives of National CERT teams from the Western Balkans, Romania, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Kaspersky Lab, DCAF and RCC.

National CERT of the Republic of Serbia presented the Serbian Law on Information Security, which resulted in the assigned competencies of the National CERT and RATEL as a host, the activities related to cooperation with international institutions, as well as plans for the development of regional cooperation in the domain of information security.
