National CERT prepares instructions for incident reporting

In order to raise awareness on the importance of reporting incidents impacting the information security, the National CERT has prepared the Instructions on incident reporting, intended for the operators of ICT systems of special importance legally obliged to report such incidents to the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications or to the National CERT. The Instructions are also intended for the citizens, for information purposes regarding the operators of ICT systems of special importance. The National CERT (operating as part of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services) monitors the status of incidents on the national level, provides early warnings and alerts, informs relevant parties on the risks and incidents, provides advice following the reported incident and raise awareness of the public regarding the significance of information security issues.
